Ignacio Etcheverry c55ce204b3 Replace 'ERR_EXPLAIN' with 'ERR_FAIL_*_MSG' in 'modules/mono' 
And 'CRASH_*_MSG' as well.

Also make error messages puntuation and quotation more consistent.
